Since I have received my Zeen, my life has changed dramatically. I’m now able to sit and stand without any assistance. Before I could not get up without help. I was diagnosed with Inclusion Body Myositis(IBM). I truly cannot count the number of times I have fallen. Three of my falls have resulted in me being left unconscious. Less than two months after getting my ZEEN, we went on a cruise…and walked many miles on and off the ship. I didn’t go faster than [my wife], but I wore her out. The [Zeen] team was absolutely amazing. Everyone was there to help me to get acclimated to my new Zeen and the tears began to flow…a true Godsend. To everyone at Exokinetics and the Zeen team, We are forever grateful and thankful for all you have done for my family and myself.

I love my Zeen! I have Primary Progressive MS. When I use the Zeen I am protected from falls while building up strength in my legs. I have a walker but have fell several times with that. The Zeen is so much better. So grateful for this invention.

Though we've only had the Zeen for two days we can see how this devise will assist Joel by allowing him to get out in the world with friends and family. We are looking forward to our new adventures!

I have Ehlers-Danlos and neurogenic POTS (due to small-fiber neuropathy), and have issues with standing for too long in one place. I am able to walk without much of a problem, I just cannot stop for more than a few moments without my blood falling down.

Walking my dog was proving to be problematic during POTS cycles as he likes to stop and sniff around a lot, requiring me to swing my ByAcre walker behind me to sit, and then flick it forward again as we moved on, over and over and over again during our walks. Inefficient and tiring.

When I stumbled upon the Zeen I was intrigued as it seemed as though it might be a great solution to my particular issue.

From the moment it arrived- in the coolest shipping box I've ever seen- it has been in near constant use.

It it obviously thoughtfully designed, and I appreciate all the little touches that make life just a tiny bit easier: the magnetized seatbelt straps that keep them close at hand, the reachable locking casters, a swivel seat that moves with a walker's natural hip roll, the fact that I am able to adjust everything on my own without any special tools.

The Zeen itself feels well built and extremely sturdy. I can lean forward and pick up after my dog, clip on his lead, or even tie my shoes without feeling as though I am going to tip over. The seat and back are comfortable enough to sit for a long time. It also fits through all of my doorways without issue.

Also, "Zeening" (cruising) is the most fun I've had in a while! I am able to move at a good clip... certainly faster than I normally move, haha.

I also love that their company has been so responsive to my questions. They reached out to me first about any questions or problems I might have from the moment the Zeen was delivered.

When I had a small issue with one of the straps, they sent me a whole new seat back immediately. They also walked me through changing the piston level through Zoom, and even watched my gate to ensure I had everything adjusted correctly.

I am really hoping now for a phone holder that attaches to the handle, and some shopping cart/stroller clips. I am excited to see what they do next!

I have independence that I can't have any other way.

Just recently, over the Christmas Holiday, I had and incident where I disconnected my up / down cable.
My husband and a friend were trying to repair it, We also put in a call to Zeen not expecting to hear back until after the holiday. To our pleasant surprise we heard back within 30 minutes. After about 45 minutes the issue was resolved and I had a huge smile on my face. They are a wonderful company to work with and we have nothing but great things to say about them and all of the staff that we have interacted with.

I’ve taken my Zeen to Mexico, on a cruise and to Mammoth and Yosemite. It gives me confidence and independence as I can walk or coast on my own.

I had been looking for an upright walker for a while & was set to order one. Something in my gut told me to wait. Then one Saturday morning, the interview with Garrett Brown the inventor of The Zeen came on. I knew right then that was the walking device I needed to get my freedom back and even my health better. It would allow me to get back in my kitchen. The folks at The Zeen have all been helpful and as excited as I was about getting to work on my Zeen. I can't recommend this more than enough to everyone that sees me out & asked about that cool chair I am in. I have seen improvements in my health too. All of my doctors are shocked at how easy this chair is to use & to see me upright and walking again. Thank you Zeen Crew

So, I am a stroke patient that has become scared of walking with out something in front of me. My husband thought this would help this fear. I am still walking with him in front of me to get used to it, but I went from being terrified to walking with him not even holding on!

Once I get used to this, it will be a game changer!

Benefits:

1. It raises and lowers. . I do not need to strain my neck to look up at people.
2. Nothing is in front, so can get closer to counters, washers, etc.
3. IT DOES NOT TIP,. I know this from experience. I tripped when walking by myself ( got bold ) one day and I went forward thinking I was going down. The Zeen and seatbelt held me from going down. Because of my core weakness, my husband came and lifted straight up vs head down. IT DOES NOT TIP!
4. I can sit whenever tired!
5. Not heavy to pull around.
6. Easy to turn.
7. Don’t have to take wheelchair AND walker places.
8. Walk more straight upthan with my . Better posture.

I hope this becomes my main mode of transportation soon. It’s may seem big at first, but has many advantages to a simple walker or wheelchair! REALY no bigger!

The Zeen has changed my life! I am able to be so much more independent and feel like I have more dignity. Even simple tasks like shopping for clothes and having your hands free is a blessing.

As a physician, the Zeen has been exactly what my father needed after recovering from a hospitalization. The Zeen allowed graduated assistance with walking, protection from falls and allows for a more natural gait versus a typical walker. I have been advocating for physical therapists, rehab units and inpatient hosptal rehab therapists to evaluate and implement the zeen in their protocols!

I have multiple sclerosis, and used a walker for years. However one day due to my balance and leg strength declining I fell backwards and hit my head while using my walker. For safety i began to use a wheelchair, but I worried about my legs getting even weaker. I was searching for a mobility device that will allow me both to walk safely when I wanted to but sit when I needed to. The Zeen is the only mobility device that allows me to do just that! Nothing else like it is on the market. I am so grateful to have one.
